Ingrédients :
- 4 morceaux de cabillaud @leroy_seafood_france
Marinade
- 140g de miso rouge
- 60ml de saké
- 60ml de mirin
- 50g de sucre blanc

1. Tu prépares la marinade en mélangeant tous les ingrédients dans une casserole. Tu vas réchauffer le tout jusqu’à ce que tout soit dissout.
2. Tu prépares 4 morceaux de cabillaud puis tu vas les déposer dans un contenant hermétique. Tu y verses la totalité de la marinade refroidie puis tu vas laisser mariner au moins 24h au frigo.
3. Avec du sopalin, tu vas enlever l’excédent de sauce. Tu les déposes sur la grille allant au four puis tu vas cuire à 200 degrés pendant 8mins30. A mi cuisson, tu vas rebadigeonner avec un peu de sauce réchauffer.
Tu finis la cuisson avec un coup de chalumeau !
